\u672c\u689d\u4f8b\u4fc3\u9032\u4e86\u5167\u5730\u548c\u9999\u6e2f\u6cd5\u9662\u53bb\u76f8\u4e92\u57f7\u884c\u5404\u81ea\u4f5c\u51fa\u7684\u5bb6\u4e8b\u5224\u6c7a\u6216\u547d\u4ee4\uff0c\u4ea6\u586b\u88dc\u4e86\u8207\u9999\u6e2f\u548c\u5167\u5730\u5728\u5bb6\u4e8b\u6848\u4ef6\u4e2d\uff0c\u7531\u65bc\u96d9\u65b9\u5224\u6c7a\u4e0d\u4e00\u81f4\u800c\u5f15\u8d77\u7684\u6f0f\u6d1e\u3002 \u672c\u689d\u4f8b\u5c07\u5982\u4f55\u4fc3\u9032\u672c\u6e2f\u6cd5\u9662\u57f7\u884c\u5185\u5730\u7684\u5bb6\u4e8b\u6848\u4ef6\u5224\u6c7a\uff1f<\/h5>\n<p>\u672c\u689d\u4f8b\u8a2d\u7acb\u4e86\u767b\u8a18\u6a5f\u5236\uff0c\u4f7f\u5f97\u7533\u8acb\u4eba\u53ef\u4ee5\u5728\u9999\u6e2f\u7533\u8acb\u767b\u8a18\u5167\u5730\u6cd5\u9662\u5728\u5a5a\u59fb\u6216\u5bb6\u4e8b\u6848\u4ef6\u4e2d\u4f5c\u51fa\u7684\u547d\u4ee4\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6709\u95dc\u547d\u4ee4\u5728\u9999\u6e2f\u767b\u8a18\u5f8c\uff0c\u7533\u8acb\u4eba\u5c31\u53ef\u4ee5\u5c31\u547d\u4ee4\u689d\u6b3e\u5728\u9999\u6e2f\u555f\u52d5\u5f37\u5236\u57f7\u884c\u7a0b\u5e8f\u3002<\/p>\n<h5>\u554f\u984c2\uff1a \u6211\u53ef\u4ee5\u5982\u4f55\u5728\u9999\u6e2f\u7533\u8acb\u627f\u8a8d\u5185\u5730\u7684\u96e2\u5a5a\uff1f<\/h5>\n<p>\u6839\u64da\u672c\u689d\u4f8b\uff0c\u4f60\u53ef\u4ee5\u5728\u9999\u6e2f\u7533\u8acb\u627f\u8a8d\u5185\u5730\u96e2\u5a5a\u8b49\u6216\u5167\u5730\u6cd5\u9662\u7684\u96e2\u5a5a\u5224\u4ee4\u3002 \u4f60\u53ef\u4ee5\u5728\u5340\u57df\u6cd5\u9662\u55ae\u65b9\u9762\u63d0\u51fa\u7533\u8acb\u4e26\u9644\u4e0a\u8a93\u7ae0\u4ee5\u4f5c\u652f\u6301\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u4f60\u4ea6\u53ef\u5728\u672c\u6e2f\u767b\u8a18\u5167\u5730\u5ba3\u544a\u5a5a\u59fb\u7121\u6548\u6216\u64a4\u92b7\u5a5a\u59fb\u7684\u6cd5\u9662\u5224\u4ee4\u3002<\/p>\n<h5>\u554f\u984c3\uff1a \u6211\u53ef\u4ee5\u5982\u4f55\u5728\u9999\u6e2f\u5f3a\u5236\u57f7\u884c\u5185\u5730\u6cd5\u9662\u7684\u9644\u5c6c\u6fdf\u52a9\u5224\u4ee4\uff1f<\/h5>\n<p>\u9996\u5148\uff0c\u4f60\u5fc5\u9808\u5728\u9999\u6e2f\u6cd5\u9662\u7533\u8acb\u767b\u8a18\u76f8\u95dc\u7684\u9644\u5c6c\u6fdf\u52a9\u5224\u4ee4\uff0c \u800c\u53ea\u6709\u5728\u672c\u689d\u4f8b\u7684\u9644\u8868 2 \u6240\u6307\u660e\u7684 \u201c\u8d0d\u990a\u76f8\u95dc\u547d\u4ee4\u201d\u624d\u53ef\u4ee5\u7533\u8acb\u767b\u8a18\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u5305\u62ec\uff1a<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u2022 \u95dc\u65bc\u5b50\u5973\u3001\u592b\u59bb\u548c\u4e0d\u80fd\u7368\u7acb\u751f\u6d3b\u7684\u6210\u5e74\u4eba\u7684\u64ab\u990a\u8cbb\u547d\u4ee4<\/li>\n<li>\u2022 \u8207\u5a5a\u59fb\u96d9\u65b9\u8ca1\u7522\u5206\u5272\u6709\u95dc\u7684\u547d\u4ee4\uff0c \u5e38\u898b\u7684\u57f7\u884c\u4ee4\u5305\u62ec\u62bc\u8a18\u4ee4\u3001\u7b2c\u4e09\u50b5\u52d9\u4eba\u547d\u4ee4\u3001\u6263\u62bc\u5165\u606f\u4ee4\u7b49\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5018\u82e5\u5167\u5730\u547d\u4ee4\u672a\u6709\u8655\u7406\u90e8\u5206\u5728\u6e2f\u7684\u8ca1\u7522\uff0c\u5728\u96e2\u5a5a\u8b49\u53ca\u76f8\u95dc\u9644\u5c6c\u6fdf\u52a9\u4ee4\u767b\u8a18\u5b8c\u7562\u5f8c\uff0c\u4f60\u4ea6\u53ef\u6839\u64da\u300a\u5a5a\u59fb\u6cd5\u5f8b\u7a0b\u5e8f\u8207\u8ca1\u7522\u689d\u4f8b\u300b<a href=\"https:\/\/www.elegislation.gov.hk\/hk\/cap192\">\uff08\u7b2c 192 \u7ae0\uff09\u7b2cIIA\u90e8\u5411\u9999\u6e2f\u6cd5\u9662\u63d0\u51fa\u76f8\u95dc\u7684\u8655\u7406\u7533\u8acb\u3002<\/a><\/p>\n<h5>\u554f\u984c4\uff1a \u6211\u53ef\u4ee5\u5982\u4f55\u5728\u9999\u6e2f\u5f3a\u5236\u57f7\u884c\u5185\u5730\u6cd5\u9662\u7684\u5b50\u5973\u76f8\u95dc\u547d\u4ee4\uff1f<\/h5>\n<p>\u540c\u6a23\uff0c\u7b2c\u4e00\u6b65\u662f\u5728\u9999\u6e2f\u6cd5\u9662\u7533\u8acb\u767b\u8a18\u5b50\u5973\u76f8\u95dc\u547d\u4ee4\uff0c \u5373\u672c\u689d\u4f8b\u9644\u88682\u4e2d\u5217\u660e\u7684\u201c\u770b\u9867\u76f8\u95dc\u547d\u4ee4\u201d \u6839\u64da\u672c\u689d\u4f8b\uff0c\u6211\u82e5\u8981\u5728\u9999\u6e2f\u63d0\u51fa\u5167\u5730\u547d\u4ee4\u7684\u767b\u8a18\u548c\u5f3a\u5236\u57f7\u884c\u7533\u8acb\uff0c\u662f\u5426\u6709\u6642\u9593\u9650\u5236\uff1f<\/h5>\n<p>\u662f\u7684\u3002 \u5c31\u201c\u770b\u9867\u76f8\u95dc\u547d\u4ee4\u201d\uff0c\u5018\u82e5\u6c92\u6709\u4efb\u4f55\u4e0d\u9075\u5f9e\u547d\u4ee4\u7684\u72c0\u6cc1\uff0c \u7136\u800c\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u6709\u4efb\u4f55\u9055\u4ee4\u884c\u7232\uff0c\u4f60\u5247\u5fc5\u9808\u5728\u7b2c\u4e00\u6b21\u9055\u53cd\u547d\u4ee4\u4e4b\u65e5\u8d77\u8a08\u7684 2 \u5e74\u5167\u7533\u8acb\u767b\u8a18\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5c31\u201c\u8d0d\u990a\u76f8\u95dc\u547d\u4ee4\u201d\uff0c\u4f60\u53ea\u53ef\u4ee5\u5728\u547d\u4ee4\u4e0d\u7372\u9075\u5b88\u7684\u60c5\u6cc1\u4e0b\u7533\u8acb\u767b\u8a18\uff0c \u540c\u6a23\uff0c\u8a72\u7533\u8acb\u9808\u5728\u7b2c\u4e00\u6b21\u9055\u4ee4\u884c\u7232\u4e4b\u65e5\u8d77\u8a08\u7684 2 \u5e74\u5167\u63d0\u51fa\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u9072\u4ea4\u7684\u7533\u8acb\u5fc5\u9808\u5f97\u5230\u6cd5\u9662\u6279\u51c6\u3002<\/p>\n<h5>\u554f\u984c6\uff1a \u6211\u53ef\u4ee5\u5982\u4f55\u5728\u5167\u5730\u57f7\u884c\u9999\u6e2f\u6cd5\u9662\u7684\u547d\u4ee4\uff1f<\/h5>\n<p>\u672c\u689d\u4f8b\u5141\u8a31\u8a34\u8a1f\u7684\u4efb\u4f55\u4e00\u65b9\u5411\u767c\u51fa\u5224\u4ee4\u7684\u9999\u6e2f\u6cd5\u9662\u7533\u8acb\u76f8\u95dc\u547d\u4ee4\u6216\u5224\u6c7a\u7684\u7d93\u6838\u8b49\u6587\u672c\uff0c\u7533\u8acb\u7684\u8cbb\u7528\u70ba\u6e2f\u5e63125\u5143\u3002 \u6210\u529f\u7533\u8acb\u5f8c\uff0c\u4f60\u4fbf\u53ef\u4ee5\u5c07\u7d93\u6838\u8b49\u6587\u672c\u5e36\u5230\u5185\u5730\uff0c\u4e26\u6309\u7167\u5185\u5730\u7684\u76f8\u95dc\u6cd5\u5f8b\u63d0\u51fa\u5f37\u5236\u57f7\u884c\u3002<\/p>\n<h5>\u554f\u984c7\uff1a \u5982\u679c\u6211\u7684\u914d\u5076\u5728\u672a\u7d93\u6211\u4e8b\u5148\u540c\u610f\u4e0b\uff0c\u5c07\u5b50\u5973\u5e36\u5230\u5185\u5730\u4e26\u62d2\u7d55\u4ea4\u9084\uff0c\u6211\u53ef\u4ee5\u600e\u6a23\u628a\u5b50\u5973\u5e36\u56de\u672c\u6e2f\uff1f \u5728\u672c\u689d\u4f8b\u751f\u6548\u4e4b\u524d\uff0c<\/h5>\n<p>\u5c0d\u65bc\u9999\u6e2f\u6cd5\u9662\u5c31\u5b50\u5973\u7ba1\u990a\u6b0a\u548c\u5c07\u5b50\u5973\u9001\u56de\u672c\u6e2f\u7684\u547d\u4ee4\uff08\u5373\u201c\u9001\u56de\u4ee4\u201d\uff09\uff0c\u5185\u5730\u6cd5\u9662\u4e26\u4e0d\u6703\u76f4\u63a5\u57f7\u884c\u3002 \u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u7533\u8acb\u4eba\u5fc5\u9808\u5728\u5167\u5730\u63d0\u51fa\u55ae\u7368\u7533\u8acb\uff0c\u800c\u5167\u5730\u6cd5\u9662\u4ea6\u6703\u5c0d\u6b64\u4f5c\u51fa\u7368\u7acb\u5224\u65b7\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e0d\u904e\uff0c\u81ea\u672c\u689d\u4f8b\u958b\u59cb\u751f\u6548\uff0c\u4f60\u73fe\u6642\u4fbf\u53ef\u4ee5\u5728\u9999\u6e2f\u7533\u8acb\u6709\u95dc\u5b50\u5973\u7684\u7ba1\u990a\u6b0a\u547d\u4ee4\u548c\u9001\u56de\u4ee4\uff0c \u4e26\u76f4\u63a5\u5728\u8ddd\u96e2\u5b50\u5973\u7684\u6700\u5f8c\u5df2\u77e5\u5730\u5740\u6700\u8fd1\u7684\u5185\u5730\u6cd5\u9662\uff0c\u63d0\u51fa\u5f3a\u5236\u57f7\u884c\u7533\u8acb\u3002 \u5728\u6d89\u53ca\u5b50\u5973\u7684\u7cfe\u7d1b\u4e2d\uff0c\u7533\u8acb\u6642\u6a5f\u662f\u81f3\u95dc\u91cd\u8981\u7684\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u4f60\u61c9\u76e1\u5feb\u63d0\u51fa\u7533\u8acb\u3002<\/p>\n<h5>\u554f\u984c8\uff1a
