IPFDO \u7b2c 3 \u689d\uff0c\u4e0d\u8ad6\u662f\u5c31\u7acb\u6709\u907a\u56d1\u7684\u6b7b\u8005\u6216\u7121\u907a\u56d1\u6b7b\u8005\u800c\u8a00\uff0c\u5728\u907a\u7522\u6c92\u6709\u63d0\u4f9b\u5408\u7406\u7d93\u6fdf\u7d66\u990a\u7684\u60c5\u6cc1\u4e0b\uff0c\u8207\u6b7b\u8005\u751f\u524d\u6709\u95dc\u806f\u7684\u5e7e\u985e\u4eba\u90fd\u80fd\u5920\u5411\u907a\u7522\u63d0\u51fa\u7533\u7d22\u3002\u9019\u5e7e\u985e\u4eba\u5305\u62ec\u6b7b\u8005\u7684\u5df2\u5a5a\u914d\u5076\u548c\u4e0d\u540c\u5bb6\u5ead\u6210\u54e1\uff0c\u9084\u6709\u901a\u5e38\u7a31\u70ba\u7b2c9\u985e\u4eba\u7684\u985e\u5225\uff0c\u5373\u300c\u5728\u7dca\u63a5\u6b7b\u8005\u53bb\u4e16\u524d\uff0c\u5b8c\u5168\u6216\u4e3b\u8981\u9760\u6b7b\u8005\u8d0d\u990a\u300d\u7684\u4eba\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u901a\u5e38\uff0c\u7576\u6211\u5011\u5c31\u8457LGBT \u63d0\u5230\u300c\u5df2\u5a5a\u914d\u5076\u300d\u4e00\u8a5e\uff0c\u7e3d\u6703\u51fa\u73fe\u68d8\u624b\u7684\u6cd5\u5f8b\u554f\u984c\u3002\u5e78\u904b\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u5728<a href=\"https:\/\/www.hugillandip.com\/2023\/10\/post-edgar-ng-on-intestacy-and-inheritance-provisions\/\">Ng Hon Lam Edgar v Secretary for Justice [2020] 4 HKLRD 908<\/a> \u4e00\u6848\u4e4b\u5f8c\uff0c\u5df2\u5a5a\u540c\u6027\u4f34\u4fb6\u5728IPFDO
