124)<\/a>\u6d89\u53ca\u4e00\u5e62\u7531\u5bb6\u5ead\u6210\u54e1\u5171\u540c\u8cfc\u7f6e\u7684\u623f\u5c4b\u7269\u696d\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e00\u76f4\u4ee5\u4f86\uff0c\u7537\u65b9\u7684\u6bcd\u89aa\u90fd\u5e0c\u671b\u70ba\u7537\u65b9\u7684\u5f1f\u5f1f\uff08\u5373\u4e0a\u8ff0\u4ecb\u5165\u4eba\uff09\u8cfc\u8cb7\u7269\u696d\u3002\u7531\u65bc\u5f1f\u5f1f\u8996\u529b\u53d7\u640d\uff0c\u6bcf\u6708\u6536\u5165\u53ea\u6709\u7d048,000\u81f310,000\u6e2f\u5143\u4e0d\u7b49\uff0c\u6bcd\u89aa\u5e0c\u671b\u5728\u5979\u6709\u80fd\u529b\u6642\u70ba\u5f1f\u5f1f\u63d0\u4f9b\u8ca1\u653f\u548c\u751f\u6d3b\u4e0a\u7684\u4fdd\u969c\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5927\u7d04\u65bc2015\u5e74\uff0c\u7531\u65bc\u7537\u65b9\u548c\u5973\u65b9\u7684\u5b50\u5973\u9010\u6f38\u6210\u9577\uff0c\u7537\u5973\u96d9\u65b9\u6709\u610f\u8cfc\u5165\u4e00\u5e62\u65b0\u754c\u6751\u5c4b\uff0c\u4e26\u5c07\u4e00\u6a13\u548c\u4e8c\u6a13\u6539\u9020\u6210\u4e00\u5957\u8907\u5f0f\u55ae\u4f4d\u3002\u96d6\u7136\u4ed6\u5011\u6709\u8db3\u5920\u8cc7\u91d1\u8cfc\u8cb7\u4e8c\u6a13\uff0c\u4ed6\u5011\u6c92\u6709\u8db3\u5920\u8cc7\u91d1\u540c\u6642\u8cfc\u8cb7\u4e00\u6a13\u3002\u7537\u5973\u96d9\u65b9\u5728\u8207\u7537\u65b9\u5bb6\u4eba\u98ef\u805a\u6642\u5411\u4ed6\u5011\u900f\u9732\u4e86\u9019\u500b\u60f3\u6cd5\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7537\u5973\u96d9\u65b9\u7684\u60f3\u6cd5\u8207\u6bcd\u89aa\u7684\u9858\u671b\u4e0d\u8b00\u800c\u5408\uff0c\u4ed6\u5011\u4e00\u5bb6\u65bc2015\u81f32018\u5e74\u9593\u5c31\u8cfc\u8cb7\u8a72\u7269\u696d\u7684\u4e8b\u5b9c\u4f5c\u51fa\u8a0e\u8ad6\u3002\u7537\u65b9\u3001\u5973\u65b9\u3001\u6bcd\u89aa\u53ca\u5f1f\u5f1f\u6700\u7d42\u5c31\u5171\u540c\u8cfc\u8cb7\u6751\u5c4b\u9054\u6210\u5171\u8b58\u3002\u4ed6\u5011\u7576\u6642\u8a8d\u70ba\u9019\u5354\u8b70\u5c0d\u5404\u65b9\u7686\u6709\u5229\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6839\u64da\u4ed6\u5011\u7684\u5171\u8b58\uff0c\u5730\u4e0b\u5c07\u88ab\u5283\u5206\u7232\u4f54\u7e3d\u8cfc\u8cb7\u50f9\u683c\u768435%\uff0c\u4e00\u6a13\u723230%\uff0c\u4e8c\u6a13\u723235%\u3002\u4e8c\u6a13\u5c07\u6210\u7232\u7537\u65b9\u548c\u5973\u65b9\u4ee5\u53ca\u5b50\u5973\u7684\u5c45\u6240\u3002\u4e00\u6a13\u5c07\u6b78\u5f1f\u5f1f\u6240\u6709\uff0c\u79df\u91d1\u6536\u5165\u5c07\u7528\u65bc\u511f\u9084\u6bcf\u6708\u6309\u63ed\u8cb8\u6b3e\uff0c\u5982\u4e0d\u8db3\u8005\u5c07\u7531\u7537\u5973\u96d9\u65b9\u8ca0\u8cac\u3002\u5f1f\u5f1f\u4ea6\u5c07\u64c1\u6709\u5730\u4e0b\uff0c\u5730\u4e0b\u7684\u79df\u91d1\u6536\u5165\u5c07\u7528\u65bc\u652f\u6301\u4ed6\u548c\u6bcd\u89aa\u7684\u751f\u6d3b\u8cbb\u7528\u3002\u5973\u65b9\u5c07\u6210\u70ba\u6574\u5e62\u6751\u5c4b\u7684\u552f\u4e00\u767b\u8a18\u696d\u4e3b\uff0c\u4f46\u5979\u5c07\u4ee5\u4fe1\u8a17\u5f62\u5f0f\u66ff\u5f1f\u5f1f\u6301\u6709\u5730\u4e0b\u548c\u4e00\u6a13\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8a72\u6751\u5c4b\u7684\u7684\u8cb7\u5165\u50f9\u662f\u4e00\u5343\u842c\u5143\uff0c\u7576\u4e2d\u9996\u671f\u4ed8\u6b3e\u70ba\u4e94\u767e\u842c\u6e2f\u5143\uff0c\u9918\u984d\u5247\u627f\u505a\u4e94\u767e\u842c\u6e2f\u5143\u7684\u9280\u884c\u6309\u63ed\u3002\u6bcd\u89aa\u548c\u5f1f\u5f1f\u5171\u652f\u4ed8\u4e86\u6751\u5c4b\u8cb7\u5165\u50f9\u4e2d\u7684 4,230,000\u6e2f\u5143\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d260,000\u6e2f\u5143\u4f86\u81ea\u5f1f\u5f1f\u7684\u6240\u6709\u7a4d\u84c4\uff0c\u5269\u9918\u90e8\u5206\u7531\u7537\u65b9\u548c\u5973\u65b9\u652f\u4ed8\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6578\u5e74\u5f8c\uff0c\u5973\u65b9\u63d0\u51fa\u96e2\u5a5a\u3002\u5728\u96e2\u5a5a\u8a34\u8a1f\u671f\u9593\uff0c\u5979\u5426\u8a8d\u5f1f\u5f1f\u64c1\u6709\u5730\u4e0b\u548c\u4e00\u6a13\u7684\u6b0a\u76ca\u3002<\/p>\n<h5>\u5f1f\u5f1f\u7684\u7533\u7d22<\/h5>\n<p>\u5f1f\u5f1f\u7684\u7533\u7d22\u57fa\u65bc\u5171\u540c\u610f\u5716\u63a8\u5b9a\u4fe1\u8a17\uff08common intention constructive trust\uff09\u3002\u4ed6\u548c\u6bcd\u89aa\u4f9d\u8cf4\u5bb6\u5ead\u6210\u54e1\u4e4b\u9593\u7684\u5171\u8b58\uff0c\u4e26\u4e14\u6839\u64da\u9019\u5171\u8b58\u652f\u4ed8\u4e864,230,000\u6e2f\u5143\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6cd5\u9662\u78ba\u8a8d\u5f1f\u5f1f\u64c1\u6709\u6751\u5c4b\u768465%\u6b0a\u76ca\uff08\u5730\u4e0b\u768435%\u548c\u4e00\u6a13\u768430%\uff09\uff0c\u4f46\u662f\u5f1f\u5f1f\u7684\u6b0a\u76ca\u53d7\u9650\u65bc\u672a\u511f\u9084\u6309\u63ed\u8cb8\u6b3e\u768452%\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6cd5\u9662\u4ea6\u88c1\u5b9a\uff0c\u6240\u6709\u5bb6\u5ead\u6210\u54e1\uff08\u5305\u62ec\u5973\u65b9\u3001\u7537\u65b9\u3001\u5f1f\u5f1f\u548c\u6bcd\u89aa\uff09\u57282015-2018\u5e74\u9593\u78ba\u5be6\u66fe\u8a0e\u8ad6\u53ca\u9054\u6210\u5171\u8b58\u3002\u5f1f\u5f1f\u548c\u6bcd\u89aa\u6309\u7167\u8a72\u5171\u8b58\u652f\u4ed8\u4e864,230,000\u6e2f\u5143\uff0c\u7576\u4e2d\u5305\u62ec\u5f1f\u5f1f\u7684\u6240\u6709\u7a4d\u84c4\u3002\u660e\u986f\u5730\uff0c\u5f1f\u5f1f\u4f9d\u8cf4\u8a72\u5171\u8b58\u4e26\u56e0\u800c\u8499\u53d7\u640d\u5931\u3002\u5973\u65b9\u4e3b\u5f35\u81ea\u5df1\u662f\u8a72\u6751\u5c4b\u7684\u552f\u4e00\u5be6\u76ca\u64c1\u6709\u4eba\u4e26\u4e0d\u5408\u60c5\u7406\u3002<\/p>\n<h5>\u95dc\u9375\u89c0\u5bdf<\/h5>\n<p>\u9996\u5148\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u5bb6\u5ead\u5167\u90e8\u5b58\u5728\u5171\u8b58\uff0c\u5373\u4f7f\u5b83\u53ef\u80fd\u7121\u6cd5\u88ab\u5f37\u5236\u57f7\u884c\uff0c\u6cd5\u9662\u4ecd\u6703\u6709\u5f88\u5927\u6a5f\u7387\u627f\u8a8d\u8a72\u5171\u8b58\u3002\u7531\u65bc\u672c\u6848\u7684\u6751\u5c4b\u4e26\u672a\u6d89\u53ca\u4efb\u4f55\u5927\u5ec8\u5206\u5c64\u7684\u516c\u5951\uff0c\u5f1f\u5f1f\u7121\u6cd5\u4f9d\u6b64\u6210\u7232\u5730\u4e0b\u548c\u4e00\u6a13\u7684\u767b\u8a18\u696d\u4e3b\u3002\u5118\u7ba1\u5982\u6b64\uff0c\u6cd5\u9662\u4ecd\u7136\u78ba\u8a8d\u4e86\u4ee3\u8868\u6240\u6709\u76f8\u95dc\u5bb6\u5ead\u6210\u54e1\u7684\u610f\u5716\u7684\u5171\u8b58\uff0c\u4e26\u56e0\u6b64\u8072\u660e\u5f1f\u5f1f\u662f\u5730\u4e0b\u548c\u4e00\u6a13\u7684\u5be6\u76ca\u64c1\u6709\u4eba\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u6751\u5c4b\u672a\u5206\u5c64\u7684\u4e8b\u5be6\u7e31\u7136\u4e0d\u5f71\u97ff\u5f1f\u5f1f\u7684\u6b0a\u76ca\uff0c\u4f46\u9019\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u5c0e\u81f4\u4eca\u5f8c\u57f7\u884c\u6cd5\u9662\u5224\u6c7a\u662f\u51fa\u73fe\u56f0\u96e3\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5176\u6b21\uff0c\u5bb6\u5ead\u6210\u54e1\u4e4b\u9593\u7684WhatsApp\u8a0a\u606f\u5728\u78ba\u8a8d\u4ed6\u5011\u4e4b\u9593\u7684\u5171\u8b58\u4e4b\u5b58\u5728\u81f3\u95dc\u91cd\u8981\u3002\u6cd5\u9662\u7279\u5225\u8003\u616e\u4e86\u7537\u5973\u96d9\u65b9\u5728\u8a0e\u8ad6\u96e2\u5a5a\u6642\u5982\u4f55\u5206\u914d\u8cc7\u7522\u7684\u8a0a\u606f\u3002\u9019\u4e9b\u8a0a\u606f\u8b49\u660e\u4e86\u5973\u65b9\u4e00\u76f4\u77e5\u9053\u5bb6\u5ead\u6210\u54e1\u5171\u8b58\u7684\u5b58\u5728\uff0c\u6cd5\u9662\u4e26\u64da\u6b64\u5426\u5b9a\u5973\u65b9\u7684\u4e3b\u5f35\u3002<\/p>\n<h5>\u7d50\u8ad6<\/h5>\n<p>\u5373\u4f7f\u51fa\u8cc7\u8cfc\u8cb7\u7269\u696d\u7684\u5bb6\u5ead\u6210\u54e1\u4e0d\u662f\u767b\u8a18\u696d\u4e3b\uff0c\u4ed6\u5011\u4ecd\u6709\u53ef\u80fd\u5728\u8a72\u7269\u696d\u4e0a\u64c1\u6709\u6b0a\u76ca\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4f46\u662f\uff0c\u7531\u65bc\u8a72\u6751\u5c4b\u4e26\u672a\u4ee5\u516c\u5951\u5206\u5c64\uff0c\u5f1f\u5f1f\u53ef\u80fd\u9700\u8981\u63a1\u53d6\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u884c\u52d5\u4f86\u4fdd\u969c\u4ed6\u7684\u6b0a\u76ca\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u4e0d\u662f\u7269\u696d\u7684\u767b\u8a18\u696d\u4e3b\uff08\u6216\u5176\u4ed6\u8cc7\u7522\u7684\u767b\u8a18\u64c1\u6709\u4eba\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u80a1\u7968\uff09\u3001\u66fe\u51fa\u8cc7\u4f46\u88ab\u5426\u8a8d\u64c1\u6709\u4efb\u4f55\u5be6\u76ca\u6b0a\u76ca\uff0c\u5982\u60a8\u60f3\u4e86\u89e3\u6709\u751a\u9ebc\u88dc\u6551\u63aa\u65bd\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u5efa\u8b70\u60a8\u5c0b\u6c42\u7368\u7acb\u7684\u6cd5\u5f8b\u610f\u898b\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u672c\u7cfb\u5217\u7684\u4e0b\u4e00\u7bc7\u6587\u7ae0\u5c07\u7c21\u8ff0\u7b2c\u4e09\u65b9\u65bc\u96e2\u5a5a\u6848\u4e2d\u5bb6\u5ead\u8cc7\u7522\u5206\u914d\u4e2d\u53ef\u4ee5\u4e3b\u5f35\u7684\u6b0a\u76ca\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u6839\u64da\u5171\u540c\u610f\u5716\u63a8\u5b9a\u4fe1\u8a17\uff08common
