Founded in 2018 by former Oldham Li & Nie partners Adam Hugill and Alfred Ip, Hugill & Ip is best known for its expertise in labour and employment, and private client.

Represented the estate as administrator in the Hong Kong probate litigation brought by competing beneficiaries to enjoin and seek declarations concerning the multi-jurisdictional assets of the deceased.
Acted for the widow and two sons of the deceased in an application for court interpretation of the deceased’s will. The will is unclear as to the treatment and distribution of certain companies and real properties in the estate.
