Audrey is an Associate Solicitor assisting in a diverse array of legal matters, with a particular focus on Family and Private Client.

Audrey is an Associate in the Family and Contentious Trusts & Estates teams and is admitted as a Solicitor of Hong Kong in 2026.

Audrey has experience in a broad range of family and matrimonial matters, including asset division, variation of court orders (children’s arrangements and maintenance), pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements, parental orders relating to overseas surrogacy arrangements, claims for reasonable financial provision under Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Ordinance (Cap. 481), and enforcement proceedings. She also has experience in guardianship applications involving mentally incapacitated persons.

In addition to matrimonial and family practice, Audrey assists clients in various contentious matters, including probate litigation, employment disputes and general civil litigation. She also has experience in non-contentious private client matters, including probate applications and applications for registering as a trust company. Her practice further extends to corporate and commercial work, where she has assisted in drafting sale and purchase agreements, shareholders’ agreements, employment contracts and policies.

Audrey first joined Hugill & Ip as an intern in 2023 and subsequently commenced her training contract with the firm in 2024. She obtained her Bachelor of Laws from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and later completed her Postgraduate Certificate in Laws at the same university.

Passionate about pro bono work, Audrey has been recognised with the Gold Pro Bono Award by The Law Society of Hong Kong for her contributions to the community. Most recently, she acted for a religious organisation on a pro bono basis and successfully obtained court orders appointing new trustees, together with a vesting order in respect of land held under a charitable trust that had existed for almost a century.

Audrey is a native Cantonese speaker and is fluent in English and Mandarin.
