Sally Goh

Sally specialises in Dispute Resolution with a strong focus on commercial litigation and mediation in Hong Kong.

Sally has been practicing as a commercial litigator for over 10 years. She has handled numerous high-stakes litigation and arbitration cases – including disputes involving cyber-crime / financial fraud; breach of fiduciary duties; infringement of intellectual property rights and contentious probate.

Sally qualified as a solicitor in Hong Kong in 2013. She obtained her Master of Laws from University College London, Postgraduate Certificate in Laws from University of Hong Kong and Bachelor of Laws from Durham University.

Prior to joining Hugill & Ip in 2019, Sally was an associate at an US law firm where she worked with various corporate and private clients both local and overseas (including offshore, PRC and Japanese clients). In 2022 she joined the Dispute Resolution team of another prestigious local firm and rejoined Hugill & Ip as a Consultant in 2023.

In her sparetime, Sally enjoys wakesurfing, swimming and hiking.

Sally is fluent in English, Cantonese, Mandarin and Japanese.
