Sally Goh has been practicing as a commercial litigator for more than 5 years in private practice. She has handled numerous high-stakes litigation as well as arbitration cases including disputes involving infringement of intellectual property rights and financial fraud. Sally also has experience in employment litigation as well as trademark prosecution matters.
Sally qualified as a solicitor in Hong Kong in 2013. She obtained her Master of Laws from University College London, Postgraduate Certificate in Laws from University of Hong Kong and Bachelor of Laws from University of Durham.
Prior to joining Hugill and Ip, Sally was an associate at an US law firm where she had experience in serving various corporate and private clients both local and overseas including PRC, off-shore and Japanese clients.
Sally is fluent in English, Cantonese, Mandarin and Japanese.
During her spare time, Sally enjoys wakeboarding, swimming and playing table tennis. She is also learning to play golf.
