Jacqueline Cheng

Jacqueline assists clients with non-contentious cross- jurisdictional probate and estate administration legal matters, as well as estate planning and drafting wills for high net-worth individuals.

Admitted as a solicitor in 2018, Jacqueline has a background in Political Science and Psychology as well as Law.

She has a wide range of experience in Private Client matters in Hong Kong, particularly Estate Administration issues and Grant Applications. Her expertise also covers complex cross-jurisidictional Applications, and the Resealing of Foreign Grants.

She handles the drafting of simple and complex Wills, Deed of Appointment of Guardianship, Enduring Power of Attorney, and the setting up of Family Trusts.

Jacqueline’s initial areas of interest saw her pursue a Bachelor of Arts and graduate with a double degree in Political Science and Psychology from the University of British Columbia in Canada. She then turned to Law, obtaining her Juris Doctor degree and Postgraduate Certificate in Laws at the Chinese University of Hong Kong.

She has received the pro-bono award from The Hong Kong Law Society for her service to the community in multiple occasions.

Jacqueline is fluent in Cantonese and English.
