We are currently looking to expand our Conveyancing and Real Estate practice with the hire of an Associate to bring his/her knowledge and expertise to the firm. Candidates with stronger qualifications will be considered for a Senior Associate position.
The Successful Applicants will have:
- 2-3 years’ PQE in Conveyancing and Real Estate work
- Previous experience in Corporate & Commercial will also be an advantage
- Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese
- Team player, willing to work flexibly in a close-knit team
- Able to handle files independently
- Demonstrate an ambition to establish his/her name in the Real Estate practice
Paralegal / Legal Executive (Conveyancing and Real Estate)
We are currently looking for an experienced PARALEGAL / LEGAL EXECUTIVE (Conveyancing and Real Estate) to bring his/her knowledge and expertise to the firm as we expand our dedicated Real Estate practice.
Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing specialized paralegal support to fee-earners in all aspects of residential and commercial conveyancing and real estate matters.
- Handling the full cycle of sale and purchase transactions, including drafting, reviewing, and preparing agreements, assignments, and related legal documentation.
- Conducting comprehensive title and land searches, and performing due diligence on property transactions.
- Assisting with property financing matters, including preparing and managing mortgage and loan documents, and liaising with banks and financial institutions.
- Managing completion processes, calculating adjustments, and handling stamp duty applications and payments.
- Liaising directly with clients, agents, the Land Registry, and other relevant parties to ensure smooth transaction progression.
- Performing translation work related to property documents or client communication when necessary.
The Successful Applicant:
- University Degree, Diploma in Legal (Executive) Studies or equivalent is a definite advantage.
- At least 3-5 years of solid experience in Hong Kong Conveyancing and Real Estate work is essential.
- Strong command in English and Cantonese (written and spoken).
- Detail-minded, highly organized, and able to manage a high volume of transactions in a fast-paced environment.
- Immediate availability is an added advantage.
Paralegal / Legal Executive (Probate)
We are currently looking for an experienced PARALEGAL / LEGAL EXECUTIVE (Probate) to bring his / her knowledge and expertise to the firm.
Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing specialized paralegal support to fee-earners in all aspects of non-contentious and contentious probate, estate administration, and trust matters.
- Preparing, reviewing, and filing applications for Grants of Probate and Letters of Administration with the relevant Probate Registry.
- Drafting key legal documents, including wills, deeds of variation, estate accounts, and detailed correspondence with executors, beneficiaries, and financial institutions.
- Undertaking detailed legal research regarding intestacy rules, inheritance tax liabilities, and cross-jurisdictional estate requirements.
- Assisting with the collection, valuation, and inventory of estate assets and liabilities, and managing the distribution process.
- Performing translation work related to estate documents or client communication when necessary.
The Successful Applicant:
- University Degree, Diploma in Legal (Executive) Studies or equivalent is a definite advantage
- At least 2 year of experience in Probate work

Legal Assistant / Court Clerk (Family)
We are currently looking for a Legal Assistant / Court Clerk to bring his / her knowledge and expertise to the Family practice area of the firm.
Job description:
- Providing support to Family practice, with a specific focus on outbound Court-related work
- Reviewing and drafting court documents and correspondence
- Preparing bundles
- Serving legal documents
The Successful Applicant:
- At least 1 year secretarial or clerical experience
- Familiar with Court procedures, preferably including Family Court
- Good command of English
- Good computer skills
- A good team player with outgoing personality
- Well organized, mature, self-motivated

To enable you to get the most from the experience, you will work closely with lawyers, trainees and paralegals who will offer you guidance and supervision in order for interns to gain hands-on experience and widen your horizons.
