Frances Tsang

Frances specialises in family law: divorce and separations as well as children custody, care and control. She also represents clients in matters related to inheritance provisions for dependants.

Frances was admitted as a solicitor both in Hong Kong and in England & Wales in 2022. She joined Hugill & Ip in 2022 after training and working in a leading law firm in Hong Kong.

Frances has extensive experience in various areas in family law, including HNWIs divorce, ancillary relief, anti-disposition applications, custody, care and control and relocation. She also has experience in will drafting, probate applications and immigration matters.

Frances graduated from the University of Hong Kong with a double degree in Arts (majoring in Literary Studies) and Law, before going on to complete her Postgraduate Certificate in Laws at the same university.

Frances loves the performing arts and is an amateur opera singer. She has participated in a number of opera productions in Hong Kong as a chorus member. In her spare time, she frequents the theatres for local theatrical performances.

Frances is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
