Saajandeep specialises in civil litigation, with a specific focus on family law: divorce and separations as well as children custody, care and control. He is also experienced in inheritance disputes.

Saajandeep was admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong in 2022. He joined Hugill & Ip in 2023 after training and working in a local law firm in Hong Kong.
Saajandeep graduated from the City University of Hong Kong with a Bachelor of Laws in 2019 before going on to complete his Postgraduate Certificate in Laws at the same university.
He is experienced in handling a variety of contentious commercial and civil matters including commercial litigation, contractual disputes, shareholders’ disputes and matrimonial matters.
Saajandeep is an avid hockey player and plays for the Hong Kong Football Club. In his spare time, Saajandeep is dedicated to community service and is involved in many community engagements. He is the co-founder and CEO of the non-profit organisation Pargaas. In 2023 he received the pro-bono silver award from The Hong Kong Law Society for his service to the community.
Saajandeep is fluent in English and spoken Punjabi, Hindi and Urdu.
