Regina focuses on all aspects of family law, including divorce and separation, child custody and care arrangements, financial disputes, nuptial agreements and cross-border matrimonial disputes.

Regina qualified as a solicitor in Hong Kong in 2023 and joined Hugill & Ip as an Associate in 2025.

With a broad exposure to family law, Regina advises on a range of matters, including divorce petitions, deeds of separation, financial arrangements, children arrangements and variations of court orders. Regina obtained her Bachelor of Social Sciences (Government and Laws) and Bachelor of Laws from the University of Hong Kong, where she later attained her Postgraduate Certificate in Laws. She has also completed the General Mediator Training Course (Stage 1) offered by the Academy of International Dispute Resolution & Professional Negotiation and Hong Kong Mediation Centre.

Outside the office, Regina has a passion for the great outdoors – you may find her either in the mountains or beneath the sea.

Regina is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
